Tethering in basic terms is using your Evo for Internet connectivity.
Why would I want to tether?
Free Internet!!!! If you are not aware Sprint's Mobile Hot spot cost $30 bucks, tethering is a free app that you download and connect via a USB cord from your Evo to your computer.
How Did I Set it Up?
1. First I downloaded PdaNet.
2. On your Evo you want to go your Market app, and search for PdaNet.
Then What?
1. Connect your USB cord from your Evo to your computer
2. Everything should connect automatically.
This app is very helpful whenever you are in the instance of not having Internet readily available, and you can just whip out your phone and be connected to the Internet under a minute.
